Day 11 – 31 Ways To Overcome Burnout
When you need a little burst of energy don’t grab a coffee or a coke!
A bottle of Peppermint Pure Essential Oil will do the trick.
The beautiful refreshing scent of Peppermint can help to increase alertness and memory retention.
Place 1 drop of Peppermint oil into the centre of your palm. Gently press your two palms together. Shape your palms into a cup and place over your nose. Take a few big deep breathes in and out. You will instantly feel revived and refreshed.
Peppermint Pure Essential Oil can also be very handy for keeping you alert whilst driving. Simply place 2 drops on a cotton wool ball and place it in between two bars on a air vent. Turn on the fan or air conditioning and the cabin will soon be filled with a delightful scent that will help stop you feeling dozy.
If you have trouble waking up in the morning, place 3 drops on to a face washer, take it with you into the shower and place on the floor so that the water flow will reach it. The oil will be released into the air and will help wake you up whilst you are getting clean.
Peppermint Pure Essential Oil is a versatile oil and can be helpful with the following ailments….
To help reduce a fever, place 6 drops into the running water of a tap as you fill a bath with tepid water.
When a headache strikes, simply massage one drop directly on to each temple to help relieve the pain.
Three drops mixed into a teaspoon of coconut or olive oil and gently massaged onto the stomach can help relieve feelings of nausea.
If ants are invading your home, place a drop or two on a cotton wool ball and place around the home were ants are coming in uninvited, they absolutely hate it and will soon retreat.
