JUST FOR YOU JUNE – Creating the habit of having a little ‘me’ time and reaping the rewards!
We all have times where we just get so busy and bogged under with out day to day lives, and our energy levels just don’t keep up.
There is a quick way to boost your energy – with lemons!
Day 6 – Recharge Your Energy!
This exercise only takes about two minutes, but will help you feel refreshed, clearer and more energised.
It is a perfect exercise if you are:-
– Feeling Stuck
– Stuggling To Make A Decision
– Feeling Lethargic
Lemons have the amazing power to refresh and uplift.
All you need is Lemon Pure Essential Oil and your hands.
Place 4 drops of Lemon Essential Oil into the palm of your hand, and then gently rub your two palms together.
Starting at the top of your head and working down to your feet, front first and then your back, move your hands in small circular motions holding them about 2 cm from your body. Take about two minutes to complete both sides. When you have finished cup your hands and place over your nose and mouth and inhale deeply for 10 breaths.
Wash your hands thoroughly to remove the Lemon Oil.
This is a quick and easy way to energise yourself when you need a lift. Follow with a big glass of water.
