Day 20 – 31 Ways To Overcome Burnout!

Want a quick way to feel relaxed and energized at the same time?

We all have those days when we just have to keep going and get things done.

This handy trick is great if you have had a big day, and just have to turn around go out at night.


All you need is ……

15 minutes

a hot water bottle

a cold eye mask (a few ice blocks in a plastic bag, wrapped in a tea towel will work as well)

and a comfy bed!

Set a timer for 15 minutes if you think you might doze off.

Lay down on your bed.

Place the hot water bottle under your feet.

Place the eye mask over your eyes.

Take some nice deep breathes and simply relax.

The hot and cold will get your blood flowing through your body.

When you get up you will feel amazing!
