In the cooler months, hands easily become dry and a little scaly. Cuticles can become sharp enough to ladder your stockings. Applying hand cream on a regular basis can help.
Rather than just slapping on the cream, having a quick rub in and continuing on with your day, spend a few minutes giving your hands a really good massage.
Our hands are full of nerve endings. Every organ is represented on our hands and by gently stimulating the hands with massage, is a great way to clear blocked energy and activate the actions of our bodies.
Use your thumb in small circular motions to massage all over your hands and fingers. If you feel a ‘sore’ spot, concentrate your efforts there for a little while.
This a great health boost to do each night as you sit in front of the TV relaxing!
