JUST FOR YOU JUNE – Creating the habit of having a little ‘me’ time and reaping the rewards!
Sunday is the perfect day for a little pampering, and a detox bath is a great way to relax, release some toxins and get ready for another week.
Head into the kitchen and you should have most of these things sitting there ready to go.
Run a nice warm bath, when the water is about 3/4 of the way full add :-
1 cup Sea Salt or Epsom Salt
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Bicarbonate Soda
6 drops Lemongrass Pure Essential Oil or Juice of one Lemon.
Light a pretty candle, grab a nice fresh fluffy towel, put on some relaxing music and have a wonderful soak for 20 minutes.
