Walking is one of the best forms of exercise that we can do! Whether you are a fitness fanatic or a lounge lizard, A walk around the neighbour hood is great for mind and body.
Going for a walk around your local streets is a great way to release stress, clear your head, make plans, admire pretty gardens, bitch about the ugly ones, and releases a nice big dose of endorphins that make you feel good.
Any pace that you are comfortable with is a good pace, you are working the biggest muscles in your body, so that is burning up fat. Make sure you do wear comfortable and sturdy shoes and pop a hat on or a good dose of sunscreen.
