Cafe Latte Body Scrub.

We all deserve a little pampering on a regular basis, you can whip this one up in an instant!

I am a big fan of exfoliation, and one of the most wonderful treats you can indulge in is a full body scrub. Not only will your skin glow, it will feel so soft, and acutally absorb more of that lovely body lotion you apply everyday (well you should be!). Regular exfoliation removes all the dead skin cells that clog your pores, this will help reduce the development of black heads, white heads and ingrown hairs. Once a week, take some time for yourself and indulge in this
simple practice that will make you feel fabulous. No excuses, you can make this one right now….

CAFE LATTE Body Scub

  • 1/2 Cup Ground Coffee
  • 1/2 Cup Raw Sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons of Milk Powder or Fresh Milk
  • 5 Drops of Vanilla Essence or Vanilla Essential Oil
  • 2 Tablesppons of Olive, Jojoba, Apricot or Sweet Almond Oil

Combine all incredients in a bowl. Run a lovely warm shower or bath and dampen your skin before applying the scrub. Gently apply small amounts in a circular motion. When you have covered every inch (excluding face – this is a little course for delicate facial skin), rinse off with nice warm water. You can always put a lovely hair treatment in whilst you are scrubbing away, double bonus, soft hair and skin, yummy! When you have towel dried off, grab the most beautiful body creme you have and lather it on. Your beautiful freshly revealed skin will soak it up with pleasure…….Enjoy!
